| October 10 | ALL paddlers not intending to compete in Hilo to provide notice to the Selection Committee. |
| October 15 | V1 selections announced; applications for any unclaimed V1 spots open |
| November 1 | Application for any unclaimed V1 spots due |
| November 10 | Communication of all TEAM CANADA crews, Club Crews and Tentative Elite athletes moving forward. |
| November 30 | Paddlers required to confirm if you are accepting Team Canada appointments for Hilo. |
| November 2023 | ELITE athlete assessment camp 1 |
| February 1,2024 | A non-refundable deposit up to $250 is due by each paddler to cover some expenses related to the registration with IVF |
| TBD | ELITE assessment camp 2, if required. |
| April 2024 | All final fees and documentation completed |
