In May 2010, New Caledonia brought the best competitors to Noumea. Canadian’s trained to compete, came to win, and win they did! Congratulations!
Forty Six athletes attended the 14th World Sprints to bring home 7 medals, and the south pacific countries took notice. During the final races, an unofficial presentation took place with the Tahitian representatives presenting Lynda Roberts (2012 Race Director), a gift of their commitment to bring their best to compete in 2012 World sprints being held in Calgary, Alberta.
